U wear the skirt. I think that could mean 2 things - U are Scot or U are gay.
Its nothing personal, but if U are gay it's U'r own choise, most of the peoples tolerate it somehow, but than I don't want to listen U'r story.
But if U are ukrainian Scot, that would nice if U can tell U'r story here. Like what kind of kilt do U have, what is U'r clan name, etc.
