люди, кто-нить сталкивался с отменой брони?
хочу отменить бронь, но настораживает фраза:

т.е. с меня вычтут 10%, но не более 10 euro?
и еще, если я не отказываюсь, а только меняю количество дней, как в этом случае они возвращают деньги? |
