The language of instruction in Lahti University of Applied Sciences is Finnish. However, two degree programmes are taught entirely in English. Additionally, individual study modules and courses are available in English at various faculties. Many courses where instruction is not officially available in English can be taken in other ways agreed between the examiner and the student, especially at the Institutes of Design and Fine Arts, and the Faculty of Music.
