Привет! Я вот тоже планирую на следующий год поступать в магистратуру в Финляндию. Написала в универ. Ответ цитирую: "The application time will end February 28th. If you have not graduated by the end of February, you may still apply to the Master's degree programmes at the University.
However, you need to send in an additional official document (signed by a university official) which states that you are going to graduate by the end of July. Please note that if you are offered a study place in the Master's degree programmes, you are asked to present the actual degree certificate before accepting the opening." |
