Вчера отправил на эл.почту Юго-Восточного Погранотряда Финляндии запрос с указанием пяти собственных причин для посещения финляндской недвижимости. В конце спросил какие конкретно документы мне надо иметь, чтобы подтвердить свою ситуацию: "Please specify what Documents confirming my situation according to the Finland Border Guard instructions for passengers to entry to Finland from October 5th for Restriction category 2, Southeast Finland Border Guard officials consider it necessary for me to submit for a positive resolution of my problem and my personal entry (only me as a single owner) into Finland in October 2020"

Russia belongs restriction category 2
A pressing personal reason in restriction class 2 may also be the arrival of a person who owns property in Finland if that person is entering the country for the purpose of essential maintenance work on the property, or measures related to maintenance that cannot be delayed, and if the failure of the person to come would lead to significant damage to the property considering the circumstances.
Foreign citizens must have the required travel documents and, if necessary, the required visa or a residence permit.
The decision to grant or deny entry is always made by a competent border guard in connection with border control on the basis of an overall assessment of the passenger's situation. Permits cannot be granted by telephone or email.
Please prepare to show necessary certificates about the purpose of your trip to ensure that your border check goes smoothly. These documents can for example be a document that proves ownership of a property.
