Люди, подскажите плз,кто сталкивался, чё за модем за 90 евро пытаеться впарить KUOPAS при аренде жилья? И реально ли пользоваться своими модемами вместе с сетевой карточкой или это нечто эксклюзивное "SPECIAL OFFER"?
Может какая разновидность *DSL?

Internet connection

Permanent and always open dna broadband cable modem connection (512 Kb) is part of the basic package at Kuopas apartments.

Equipment requirements:

* 10 Mb Ethernetnetwork card with an RJ-45 type connector,
* WIN 95/98/NT/2000 operating system
* minimum computer: Pentium with 16 MB memory,
* recommended computer: Pentium Celeron 500 MhZ, with 32 MB memory.

When you move out, don’t take the modem back to the Kuopas office. Leave the modem and it’s components to the apartment. If the modem or some of it’s components are missing when the Kuopas serviceman checks the apartment after you, the value of the missing parts will be taken from your guarantee money:



modem 90 €,

power lead 15 €,

network-cable/USB-cable 10 €,

antenna-cable 5 €,

splitting device 10 €.
