Международная конференция для молодежи - 10 - 16 Августа, Хельсинки!!!

Если вы – представитель молодежи от 15 до 30 лет, представляющую организацию или неформальные группы (этнические или другие), то именно для вас с 10 по 16 августа 2009 в г. Хельсинки организуется конференция RusNord09.

Рабочий язык конференции – английский.

If you represent Youth with Russian-speaking background or Youth with any other Ethnic Minority background, then in summer 2009 there will be a Conference for you. The conference will give you a wonderful opportunity to find out how you can make a positive impact on the Nordic Society. Besides you will spend some quality time in Helsinki in a company of about 40 other like-minded people.

You will experience non-formal education, discover Finland and make some new friends in the process. All this will cost you nothing but a small participation fee of 30€. The Nordic Society funds the flights, the food and the accommodation. The society invests in you and the only thing it asks in return is commitment. Commitment is to be a strong and active Citizen, with righteous values and attitudes. Application form shall be provided upon request from project coordinators.

The participants shall be asked to make a symbolic participation fee in the amount of 30 €.

Conference in Helsinki, Finland 10 - 16 August
2009 The goal of the conference is to Empower Young People to take active part in Civil Society and Politics.

1.You will learn about Civil Society and Politics of your Country.
2. You will learn about your possibilities and your limits within your local community.
3. You will learn about European Citizenship values and attitudes.
4. You will explore the conceptual problems and learn how you can be part of the solution.

We invite: Project Managers, Trainers, Youth Leaders, Youth Policy Makers, Youth Workers, Students,
Politics and Decision-Makers from Different levels.

You can Apply to Participate in the Conference if:
• You are from 15 to 29 years old
• You are able to read, write and speak freely using the English language
• You live in one of the Nordic and Baltic Countries (Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland. Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) – IF you live in these countries – Apply TODAY, do not hesitate!!!
• You represent an Organization or a Youth Group.

Dates: 10 August – 16 August 2009

Working language of all the activities will be English

Participation Fee: 30 €

All of the participants will be asked to pay the participation fee.

This fee will be used to cover partially the Conference expenses.

RusNord Conference will cover all of the expenses related to travel, materials, board and accommodation.

The RusNord 09 project will be implemented by: Keskustan Venäjänkieliset ry (Centre Party Finland, Russian-Speaking Sector); Youth Talent Development Forum of Copenhagen (Denmark).
In cooperation with Nordic Youth Councils: The Finnish Youth Cooperation (Suomen Nuorisoyhteistyö - Allianssi), Youth Council of Norway - LNU.
